Your first-week onboarding checklist

Follow this order and you’ll go from empty account to a fully tracked warehouse in a few days.

Day 1 — foundation

1. Create your first warehouse
2. Set up aisles, shelves and bins
3. Print barcode location labels and mount them

Day 2 — your catalog

4. Import your products with a CSV
5. Review categories and barcodes
6. Set reorder points on your top sellers

Day 3 — your team

7. Invite your team and assign roles
8. Have floor staff install the mobile app
9. Pair Bluetooth scanners if you use them

Day 4 — load your stock

10. Do a full physical count to set opening quantities, or start receiving live shipments
11. Walk through one receive and one pick as a team

Day 5 — go live

12. Run real operations; check the dashboard each morning

Tip: don’t try to be perfect on day one. Get the foundation right, start scanning, and refine locations and reorder points as you learn the floor.
