Install the Klovio mobile app

The Klovio mobile app turns any phone into a warehouse scanner. Receiving, put-away, picking and packing all happen on the app — the web dashboard is for managers.

• iOS — search “Klovio” in the App Store.
• Android — search “Klovio” in Google Play.

Klovio supports current iOS and Android versions. Any phone from the last few years has a camera good enough to scan barcodes.

Sign in

The login screen asks for three things:

1. Company path — your account’s short identifier (e.g. mastergrain). It is the same word that appears in your dashboard URL. If you don’t know it, ask a manager.
2. Username — created when your manager added you under Admin → Team → Employees.
3. PIN — your numeric passcode.

Managers can also sign in with their normal email and password.

First launch

After signing in, the app asks for camera permission — this is required for barcode scanning, so tap Allow. You’ll land on the Operation Tasks screen showing receiving, storage, picking and packing.

Staying signed in

The app keeps you signed in between shifts. On a shared device, use Sign out at the end of a shift so the next person logs in as themselves — accurate task history depends on it.

Tip: add the app to your phone’s home screen dock. Pickers open it dozens of times a day.
