Understand your dashboard
The dashboard is the first screen managers see after signing in. It’s a daily health check of your operation — open it each morning and you’ll know where to point your attention.
The top numbers
Across the top, Klovio shows the figures that matter most:
- On-hand items — total stock across your warehouses, with the week’s change.
- Low stock — products at or below their reorder point. See Set up low-stock alerts.
- Open picks — orders waiting to be picked.
- Shipped today — orders that went out, versus yesterday.
If you run more than one warehouse, the dashboard rolls them all up — and you can filter to a single site.
Needs attention
Below the numbers, the Needs attention list surfaces things to act on now: overdue picks, stockouts, a warehouse that’s gone quiet. Treat it as your morning to-do list — clear it and the day tends to run itself.
Activity
A live feed shows recent receipts, picks and shipments — useful for a quick “is the floor moving?” glance without walking out there.
Per-warehouse breakdown
Each warehouse gets its own card with its key stats and status. A coloured status (operational / attention / critical) tells you at a glance which site needs you.
Tip: make the dashboard the first tab you open. Two minutes here each morning beats discovering a stockout from an angry customer at noon.
