An item isn't showing up

When a product or its stock seems to have vanished, it’s almost always one of these.

The product is archived

Archived products are hidden from everyday lists and search. Switch the status filter on Inventory → Products → All products to include archived items — see Archive or delete a product.

You’re searching the wrong term

Search matches name, SKU and barcode. A typo, or searching a description word that isn’t in the name, returns nothing. Try the SKU or scan the barcode — see Find a product fast.

The stock is in another location

The product exists with stock — just not where you looked. The same SKU often sits in a pick bin and an overflow bin. The on-hand view shows every location holding it.

It’s reserved, not missing

Stock committed to open orders shows as on-hand but not available. A product can look “empty” when it’s simply all reserved.

It was never received

If a delivery arrived but wasn’t received, the stock is physically there but not in Klovio. Check the receiving queue.

Tip: work that list top to bottom. Nine times in ten it’s an archived product or stock in a second location — not anything actually lost.
