Find a product fast

With a large catalog, knowing how to find a product quickly matters. Klovio gives you several ways.

Search

On Inventory → Products → All products, the search box matches name, SKU and barcode — a few characters is enough. Scanning a barcode jumps straight to that product.

Filter

Narrow the list with filters:

• Category — show one product group
• Status — in stock, low, out of stock
• Warehouse — products held at one site

Filters and search combine, so “category = Food” plus “olive” finds it fast.

Sort

Click any column header to sort — by name, SKU, on-hand quantity or value.

From elsewhere in Klovio

Anywhere a product is shown — an order line, a receipt, a count — its name is a link straight to the product. And the dashboard’s global search reaches products from any screen.

Tip: can’t find a product that should exist? It may be archived. Switch the status filter to include archived items — see Archive or delete a product.
