Search across products, orders and locations

When you know what you’re looking for, search is faster than clicking through menus.

What you can search

• Products — by name, SKU or barcode
• Orders — by order number
• Locations — by location code
• Warehouses and team members — by name

Search tips

• You don’t need the whole term — a few characters is enough.
• Searching a barcode jumps you straight to that product.
• Results are grouped by type, so a SKU and an order with similar numbers don’t get confused.

Search inside a list

Every list screen — products, on-hand stock, orders — has its own search box that filters just that list. Combine it with filters (warehouse, category, status) to narrow a long list quickly. Whatever you filter to is also what an export will contain.

Tip: scanning a barcode into the dashboard search box works too — handy at a desk with a USB scanner when you need to look something up.
