Export your data to CSV

Last updated May 2026

Any list in Klovio can be exported to CSV — for a spreadsheet, an accountant, or a one-off analysis. CSV export is available on every plan.

Export a list

  1. Open the list you want — products, on-hand stock, receipt history, and so on.
  2. Apply any filters or a search first; the export includes exactly what’s on screen.
  3. Select rows, or use Select all.
  4. Click Export.
  5. Klovio builds a CSV and downloads it.

What you can export

  • Products — your full catalog with SKUs, categories and barcodes
  • On-hand stock — quantities by product and location
  • Receipt history — everything received, by supplier and date
  • Shipment history — everything shipped, by order and date
  • Transactions — equipment check-out / check-in records

Filter first, export second

The export mirrors the current view. Want just one warehouse, one category, or last month? Filter the list down first — you’ll get a tighter, more useful file than exporting everything and trimming it in a spreadsheet.

CSV vs. integrations vs. API

  • CSV export — best for ad-hoc analysis and sharing.
  • Accounting integrations — best for a continuous sync; see Connect QuickBooks Online.
  • API — best for custom or automated pipelines (Enterprise plan).

Tip: a monthly on-hand CSV, saved and dated, gives you a simple inventory-valuation snapshot trail — handy at audit time even if you also use an accounting integration.
