Every order that lands in Klovio gets a generated pick-list, ordered by warehouse location to minimize footsteps. The packer opens the order on their phone, scans the first item, and the system confirms the match. Wrong SKU? The screen flashes red — no rejected shipments, no costly returns.
For multi-box orders, Klovio suggests box assignments based on item dimensions and weight. The packer can override, but most teams trust the suggestions after the first week.
When the last item scans in, the printer fires automatically: a shipping label, a packing slip, and (if you've configured it) a thank-you insert. The order moves to Shipped, inventory decrements, and the customer notification queues up.
