Connect WooCommerce
Connecting WooCommerce brings your store’s orders into Klovio and keeps stock levels in step.
Connect your store
- In Klovio, open Settings → Integrations.
- Find WooCommerce and click Connect.
- Enter your store URL and authorize the connection with the API keys WooCommerce provides.
- Save. WooCommerce shows as Connected.
What syncs
- Orders — WooCommerce orders arrive in Klovio as sales orders.
- Stock levels — Klovio’s on-hand updates store availability, so you don’t oversell.
- Products — matched by SKU.
Match SKUs first
Like every integration, WooCommerce links to Klovio by SKU — see How integrations match SKUs. Make sure each product’s SKU is identical in both systems before the first sync.
The order flow
A WooCommerce sale becomes a Klovio sales order → pick → pack → mark shipped, with tracking able to flow back to the store.
Disconnecting
Stop syncing any time from Settings → Integrations — see Disconnect an integration.
Tip: connect a staging store first if you have one. It’s a safe way to watch a few orders flow through before pointing Klovio at your live store.
