Disconnect an integration

Last updated May 2026

When you stop using an integration — switching accounting systems, closing a store — disconnect it cleanly.

Disconnect

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations.
  2. Find the connected service.
  3. Click Disconnect and confirm.

The live link stops immediately. Klovio no longer syncs with that system.

What happens to your data

Disconnecting stops the sync — it doesn’t delete anything. Data already in Klovio stays in Klovio; data in the other system stays there. You’re separating the two, not erasing either.

Before you disconnect

  • In-flight orders — for a store integration, make sure orders already imported are picked, packed and shipped. They stay in Klovio, but no further updates flow to the store.
  • Final sync — let any pending sync finish so both sides are current at the moment you cut the link.

Reconnecting later

You can reconnect any time — it’s the same Connect flow as the first setup. Just re-check SKU alignment before the first sync, in case codes drifted while disconnected.

Tip: disconnecting also revokes Klovio’s access on the other system’s side. If you’re switching providers, disconnect the old one before connecting the new — it keeps things tidy.
