Connect Shopify
Connecting Shopify brings your online orders straight into Klovio for picking and packing, and keeps store stock levels current.
Connect your store
- In Klovio, open Settings → Integrations.
- Find Shopify and click Connect.
- Sign in to Shopify and authorize Klovio — through Shopify’s own secure login.
- Approve. Shopify shows as Connected.
What syncs
- Orders — Shopify orders flow into Klovio as sales orders, ready to pick and pack.
- Stock levels — as Klovio’s on-hand changes, Shopify availability updates, so you don’t oversell.
- Products — matched by SKU between the two.
Match SKUs first
Orders and stock link by SKU. A product whose SKU differs between Shopify and Klovio won’t match — see How integrations match SKUs. Align them before the first sync.
The order flow
A Shopify sale becomes a Klovio sales order → you pick and pack it → you mark it shipped, and tracking can flow back to Shopify.
Tip: do a full SKU alignment pass before connecting. Mismatched SKUs are the number-one cause of orders that don’t appear or stock that won’t sync.
