Set up your Klovio account

Your Klovio account is created by our team once your plan is confirmed. You’ll receive a welcome email with a link to set your password and sign in for the first time.

What you get on day one

• A live dashboard at your company’s web address
• One company path — your account’s short identifier
• An owner account — the first manager, with full permissions

First three things to do

1. Create a warehouse — see Create your first warehouse.
2. Load your catalog — see Import your products with a CSV.
3. Invite your team — see Invite your team and assign roles.

Work through the onboarding checklist and most teams are scanning the same day.

Tip: the first account is the owner. Add a second manager with full access early on, so you’re never locked out if one person is away.
