Every scan in Klovio becomes data you can read back. Here’s how to get answers out.

Three ways to report

1. Filtered list views. Every list — products, on-hand stock, receipt history, shipment history — filters and sorts. Most day-to-day questions (“what’s low?”, “what shipped this week?”) are a filtered list away.

2. CSV export. Any filtered view exports to a spreadsheet for deeper analysis or sharing — see Export your data to CSV.

3. The Reports section. Reports in the sidebar brings dedicated analytics — on-hand, movement, shrinkage, accuracy and throughput — in one place.

Common questions, fast answers

Tip: pick two or three numbers to watch each week — accuracy, throughput, low-stock count — and check them every Monday. A short, regular habit beats an occasional deep dive.
