Supported browsers and devices
Klovio runs on standard hardware — here’s what’s supported.
Web dashboard
The dashboard runs in any current web browser:
- Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari — a recent version
- Desktop or laptop is best for everyday management work
- A tablet works for lighter use
Keep your browser updated — an old version is the most common cause of a screen behaving oddly.
Mobile app
The Klovio app runs on:
- iOS — current iPhones and iPads
- Android — current phones, tablets and rugged handheld scanners
Any device from the last few years has a camera capable of scanning barcodes.
Connection
- The dashboard needs an internet connection.
- The mobile app needs one to sign in and to sync, but keeps working offline in between.
If something looks broken
- Update your browser or the app — see Keep the mobile app up to date.
- Refresh the page, or restart the app.
- Try a different browser to tell a browser problem from an account one.
Tip: turn on automatic updates for both your browser and the app. Most “it’s acting strange” reports are simply an out-of-date version.
