Fix sync problems
Klovio’s app queues work offline and syncs it when the connection returns. If the sync indicator seems stuck, work through this.
1. Check the connection
Sync needs a real connection. A weak or “connected but no internet” WiFi is the usual culprit. Move toward better signal, or switch to mobile data, and watch the queue clear.
2. Give it a moment
A large queue uploads in the background and in order. It isn’t instant — let it run. The indicator shows the count going down.
3. Bring the app to the foreground
Open Klovio and leave it on screen for a minute. Some phones throttle background apps aggressively, which can slow a sync.
4. Don’t sign out with a queue
Signing out or swapping users while work is queued risks stranding it. Wait until the queue is empty — then it’s safe. This matters most on shared devices.
5. Still stuck?
If a queue won’t clear after a solid connection and several minutes, contact support before wiping the app or signing out — queued work lives only on that device until it uploads.
Tip: build “sync before you finish” into every shift. A device that always ends the day with an empty queue never strands anyone’s work.
