Connect Xero

Connecting Xero lets Klovio and your accounting share product and inventory data, so you’re not keying the same thing twice.

Before you start

• You need a Xero organization and an admin login.
• The integration is available on the Growth and Enterprise plans.

Connect the two

1. In Klovio, open Settings → Integrations.
2. Find Xero and click Connect.
3. You’re sent to Xero to sign in and authorize Klovio — using Xero’s own secure login. Klovio never sees your Xero password.
4. Approve. You’re returned to Klovio with Xero marked Connected.

What syncs

• Products map to Xero items by SKU.
• Inventory movements can post so your stock figures stay current.

You set the direction and frequency at setup — start conservative, widen once you trust it.

Match SKUs first

The integration links records by SKU — see How integrations match SKUs. Make sure Klovio SKUs and Xero item codes agree before the first sync.

Disconnecting

To stop syncing, return to Settings → Integrations and click Disconnect — see Disconnect an integration.

Tip: run the first sync after hours and spot-check a few items in Xero before switching on automatic syncing.
