Cancel your subscription
If you need to cancel, here’s how it works and what to do first.
Before you cancel
Export your data. Run CSV exports of your products, on-hand stock, and receipt and shipment history while your account is still active. Once you have those files, you have your records.
Cancel
- Open the avatar menu → Billing.
- Choose Cancel subscription.
- Confirm.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then, so nothing stops mid-cycle.
After the period ends
Access ends when the paid period closes. Your data is retained for a grace period in case you change your mind, then removed.
Talk to us first
If you’re cancelling because something isn’t working — a missing feature, a pricing concern, a rough patch in setup — contact support before you go. Often there’s a fix or an option that solves it.

Tip: do the CSV exports the same day you decide. An export from a live account is simple; reconstructing records afterward is not.
