Change your plan

Billing lives in the avatar menu — click your profile picture in the top-right of the dashboard, not the sidebar.

See your current plan

Open the avatar menu → Billing. You’ll see your current plan, billing cycle, and what renews next.

Upgrade

  1. Go to avatar menu → Billing.
  2. Click Change plan and choose the new one.
  3. Confirm. The upgrade applies immediately — new features and limits unlock right away.
  4. Klovio prorates the difference for the rest of your current cycle.

Downgrade

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep what you paid for until then. If the lower plan has tighter limits (fewer warehouses, fewer users), Klovio tells you what you’d need to reduce before the change applies.

Monthly vs. annual

You can switch billing cycle on the same screen. Annual billing is discounted; the change applies at your next renewal.

A note on pricing

Klovio’s plans are tailored to the size and shape of your operation, so the right plan is best confirmed with our team rather than guessed from a table. From the marketing site you can request pricing and we’ll send a quote fitted to your warehouse.

Payment method and invoices

Update your card under avatar menu → Billing → Payment method. Past invoices are listed there too — download any of them as a PDF.

Tip: upgrade when you feel a limit, downgrade at cycle end — that timing rule keeps you from ever paying for capacity you’re not using.
