Bulk-edit products
When the same change applies to lots of products — a new category, a cost update — edit them in bulk instead of one at a time.
Bulk-edit in the dashboard
- Go to Inventory → Products → All products.
- Filter or search to narrow the list to the products you want.
- Select them — tick rows, or use Select all.
- Click Edit in the toolbar.
- Choose the field to change and the new value, then apply.
Only the field you choose changes; everything else is left alone.
Bulk-edit by CSV
For bigger or more varied changes, export the products, edit the spreadsheet, and re-import. An import updates any SKU that already exists, so a CSV doubles as a bulk-edit tool. See Import your products with a CSV and Export your data to CSV.
What bulk edit won’t do
Bulk edit changes product details. It does not change stock quantities — those move only through receiving, transfers, counts and adjustments.
Tip: filter first, then select all, then check the count Klovio shows before applying. It’s the quickest guard against editing more products than you meant to.
