Add warehouses or seats

As you grow, you may reach your plan’s limit on warehouses or user seats. Here’s how to add capacity.

Check your limits

Open the avatar menu → Billing to see your plan and what it includes — how many warehouses and seats, and how many you’re using.

When you hit a limit

If you try to add a warehouse or team member beyond your plan’s allowance, Klovio tells you. You then have two options:

  • Add capacity to your current plan, or
  • Move up a plan if you’re approaching several limits at once.

Either way, more capacity unlocks immediately — see Change your plan.

A note on pricing

The right amount of capacity depends on your operation, so it’s best confirmed with our team — they’ll fit it to how you actually work. Reach out from the contact page or the pricing request.

Freeing a seat

Before adding a seat, check whether one can be freed. Deactivating a team member who has left releases their seat for a new hire.

Tip: review seats whenever someone leaves. A tidy team list often means you can hire without adding a seat at all.
