Does Klovio work with my existing barcode scanner?

Yes — Klovio works with any Bluetooth or USB barcode scanner, as well as the built-in camera on any iOS or Android phone. We support 1D barcodes (Code 128, UPC-A/E, EAN-8/13, ITF-14) and 2D formats (QR, Data Matrix, PDF417). No special hardware required.
What happens if we lose WiFi in the warehouse?

Klovio works offline. The mobile app continues scanning, recording, and tracking without an internet connection. All actions queue locally and sync automatically when your connection returns. Critical for warehouses, loading docks, and cold storage.
Does Klovio integrate with QuickBooks or my accounting software?

Yes. Klovio connects directly to QuickBooks Online and Xero on Growth and Enterprise plans. CSV export on all plans. Enterprise customers get full REST API access for connecting to NetSuite, SAP, Odoo, or any custom internal tool.
How long does setup actually take?

Most customers complete their first scan within 10 minutes of signing up. Import your product catalog via CSV — typically 2–3 minutes for up to 500 SKUs. No IT department needed, no implementation consultant, no training weeks.
Can I use Klovio across multiple warehouse locations?

Yes. Starter supports 1 location, Growth supports up to 3, Enterprise supports unlimited. Each location has its own inventory, users, and reporting — but you can see everything across all locations from one dashboard.
Is my inventory data secure?

Yes. Klovio uses AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. SOC 2 Type II compliant with regular third-party audits. Inventory data is backed up automatically every hour. We never sell your data.
Can I migrate from another inventory system?

Yes. We import from Fishbowl, Cin7, Zoho Inventory, NetSuite, Sortly, Lightspeed, and Excel/CSV. Customer success will run the migration for you on Growth and Enterprise plans — usually under a day.
Do you support batch and expiry tracking?

Data is hosted in AWS (us-east-1 by default, eu-west-1 available for EU customers). All data is encrypted at rest, replicated across availability zones, and backed up hourly with 30-day retention.
