Update your profile and password

Your personal settings live in the avatar menu — click your profile picture in the top-right of the dashboard.

Edit your profile

Open avatar menu → Profile. You can update your:

• Name
• Email address
• Profile picture
• Display language — see Switch the dashboard language

Change your password

In the same place, choose Change password. Enter your current password, then the new one twice. You stay signed in on this device; other sessions are signed out for safety.

Forgot your password?

Use Forgot password on the login screen. Klovio emails you a reset link.

What you can’t change yourself

Your role and which warehouses you can access are set by an administrator, not in your own profile. Ask a manager if those need to change — see Roles and permissions.

Tip: a real profile photo helps on shared screens and in the audit log — it’s much easier to recognize a face than a set of initials.
