Switch the dashboard language

Klovio’s interface is available in English, Spanish and French. Language is set per person, so everyone works in the language they prefer — no account-wide switch needed.

Change your own language

1. Open the avatar menu → Profile.
2. Choose your language.
3. Save. The dashboard reloads in that language.

The mobile app follows the same preference, so a worker who picks Spanish gets Spanish on the floor too.

Set language for a team member

When you add someone under Admin → Team, you can set their starting language. They can change it themselves afterward.

What translates

Menus, buttons, labels and system messages all translate. Your own data — product names, location codes, notes you typed — stays exactly as you entered it. Klovio never auto-translates your catalog.

Tip: on a multilingual floor, set each employee’s language when you create their account. It’s a small touch that makes training noticeably faster.
