Connect a shipping carrier

Connecting your carrier accounts lets Klovio produce real shipping labels and tracking numbers as you pack — no separate carrier website.

Connect a carrier

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations.
  2. Find your carrier and click Connect.
  3. Enter your carrier account credentials.
  4. Save. The carrier is now available when you create labels.

You can connect more than one carrier and choose per shipment.

What it gives you

  • Real shipping labels generated straight from a packed order
  • Tracking numbers captured automatically against the order
  • Service choice — pick the carrier and service at label time

Without a carrier connected

You can still print Klovio packing slips and generic labels — see Print packing slips and shipping labels — and key shipments into a carrier tool separately. Connecting the carrier just removes that double entry.

Keep credentials current

If carrier labels stop generating, the usual cause is expired or changed account credentials. Re-enter them under Settings → Integrations.

Tip: connect every carrier you use, even rarely. Choosing a carrier at label time is far quicker than logging into a separate site for the occasional shipment.
