Print packing slips and shipping labels

Last updated May 2026

Once an order is packed, Klovio produces the paperwork that goes on and in the box — no separate app, no re-keying.

Packing slips

A packing slip lists what’s in the box. Klovio generates one for every box automatically when you complete packing. Multi-box orders get one slip per box, each headed Box 1 of 3, Box 2 of 3, and so on.

To print: open the order under Operations → Shipping, and click Print packing slip. Drop the slip inside the carton before sealing.

Shipping labels

A shipping label is the carrier label that goes on the outside of the box.

  1. With the order packed, click Create label.
  2. Confirm the box weight and dimensions (pre-filled if you entered them at the pack bench).
  3. Klovio produces a print-ready label for each box.
  4. Send it to a label printer or print on label sheets.

Printers

Klovio prints to:

  • Thermal label printers (Zebra, Rollo, DYMO and similar) — recommended for volume
  • Any standard printer with label sheets — fine for low volume

Connect a label printer to the same device you print from; Klovio uses your system’s normal print dialog.

Reprints

Labels tear and jam. To reprint, reopen the order and click Create label again. The order’s details don’t change, so a reprint is identical to the original.

Tip: print the packing slip before you seal the box and the shipping label after. It’s a small habit that prevents the classic “slip left on the bench” mistake.
