Review shipment history

Last updated May 2026

Shipment history is the complete record of orders that have left your warehouses.

Where to find it

Go to Inventory → Inventory → Shipment history. Each entry shows the order, customer, products, quantities, and the date and time shipped.

Narrow it by:

  • Date range — a day, a week, a month
  • Customer — everything sent to one customer
  • Product — every order a SKU went out on
  • Warehouse — shipments from one site

What it’s good for

  • Customer queries — confirm what shipped, when, and on which tracking.
  • Demand data — units shipped per day feeds your reorder points.
  • Recall tracing — for lot- or serial-tracked stock, find which customers received an affected batch.
  • Audit — a clean, dated trail of everything that went out.

Export it

Any filtered view exports to CSV — see Export your data to CSV — useful for sales analysis or a customer review.

Tip: shipment history is your real demand signal. Export a few months of it and the per-day numbers are exactly what you need to set reorder points properly.
