Mobile app notifications
The Klovio app can push notifications to floor staff — a new task, an order to pick, an urgent priority.
Turn on notifications
The app asks for notification permission the first time it runs. Tap Allow. If it was declined, turn it back on in the phone’s Settings → Klovio → Notifications.
What staff get notified about
- A task assigned to them — see Tasks and assignments
- An order ready to pick or pack
- A priority change on work they’re holding
Tune what’s sent
What each person receives follows their notification settings — see Manage your notifications. Keep floor notifications focused on work they need to act on, so a buzz always means something.
If notifications aren’t arriving
- Check the phone allowed Klovio notifications.
- Check the person’s notification settings have the events switched on.
- Confirm the device has a connection — notifications need one.
Tip: don’t over-notify the floor. If every minor event buzzes, staff start ignoring the phone — and then miss the one that mattered.
