Manage your notifications
Klovio can alert you when something needs attention — a low-stock item, an overdue pick, a delivery received. You control which alerts you get.
Notification settings
Open avatar menu → Notifications. Toggle the events you care about, such as:
- Low stock — a product hit its reorder point
- Receiving — a shipment was received
- Order exceptions — a pick went short or an order was held
- Overdue tasks — work that’s past its expected time
Where alerts appear
- In-app — the bell icon in the top bar
- Email — for events you opt into
- Mobile push — for floor staff, on the app
Keep it useful
Notifications only help if you don’t drown in them. Turn on the few that genuinely need your attention and leave the rest off — you can always review everything from the dashboard’s Needs attention list.
Tip: managers usually want low stock and order exceptions on; floor staff want task assignments. Set defaults that match each role.
