What is your company path

Your company path is the short identifier for your Klovio account — something like mastergrain. It’s how Klovio knows which account a person is signing in to.

Where it’s used

• On the web dashboard, it appears in your address.
• On the mobile app, employees type it on the login screen before their username and PIN.

Finding your company path

It’s the word in your dashboard URL after the domain. A manager can always read it there. If you’re onboarding a floor employee, give them the company path along with their username and PIN — see Install the Klovio mobile app.

Can it be changed?

The company path is set when your account is created and is best left alone — changing it affects everyone’s saved logins. If you genuinely need it changed (a rebrand, for example), contact support.

Tip: print the company path on a small card at each pack station. New and temp staff ask for it constantly in their first week.
