Update your payment method
Keep your payment method current so billing never fails.
Update your card
- Click your profile picture to open the avatar menu.
- Choose Billing.
- Open Payment method.
- Enter the new card details and save.
The new card is used from your next billing date.
When to update it
- The card on file is expiring — update it before the expiry month.
- You’re switching to a different card or account.
- A payment failed and you need a working card on file.
If a payment fails
Klovio retries a failed payment and emails you. Update the card promptly — an unresolved failed payment can eventually limit access. As soon as a valid card is on file, billing catches up automatically.
Who can change it
Updating the payment method needs billing permission — typically the account owner or a manager with billing access. If you don’t see the Billing option, ask your account owner.
Tip: set a reminder a month before your card expires. Updating it early means you never see a failed-payment email at all.
