Navigate the Klovio sidebar

The sidebar on the left of the dashboard is how you reach every screen. It’s grouped so related work sits together.

The sections

• Dashboard — your daily overview.
• Operations — receiving, shipping and tasks: the daily work.
• Inventory — products, categories, stock and history.
• Warehouse — warehouses, locations, staging and totes.
• Reports — analytics across your operation.
• Admin — team, roles and equipment.

Items with a small arrow expand into sub-pages — for example, Products opens to All products and Categories.

What you see depends on your role

The sidebar adapts to your permissions. A picker sees picking-related items and not much else; a manager sees everything. If a colleague’s sidebar looks different from yours, that’s their role — see Roles and permissions.

Coming-soon items

A small emerald dot next to an item means that feature is on the roadmap. Hover it for the target quarter.

Tip: collapse the sidebar (the toggle at its edge) on smaller screens to give list views more room.
