Log in to the dashboard for the first time
Managers work in the Klovio web dashboard. Here’s how to get in the first time.
Set your password
- Open the welcome email from Klovio and click the set-password link.
- Choose a strong password and confirm it.
- You’re taken straight to the dashboard.
If the link has expired, use Forgot password on the login page to get a fresh one.
Signing in after that
Go to your dashboard address and enter your email and password. Managers can also sign in to the mobile app with the same credentials.
Trouble getting in
- No welcome email? Check spam, then ask your account owner to re-send the invite from Admin → Team → Managers.
- Password not working? Use Forgot password.
- “Account not found”? You may be using the wrong company path — confirm it with a colleague.
Tip: turn on your browser’s password manager for Klovio. Managers sign in daily, and a saved login removes one small daily friction.
