Enable single sign-on (SSO)
Single sign-on (SSO) lets your managers sign in to Klovio with your company’s existing identity provider — no separate Klovio password. SSO is available on the Enterprise plan.
What SSO gives you
- One login — staff use the same company credentials they already have.
- Central control — when IT disables a company account, Klovio access goes with it.
- Stronger security — your provider’s policies (MFA, password rules) apply to Klovio.
Setting it up
SSO connects Klovio to your identity provider (Okta, Microsoft Entra, Google Workspace and similar). Setup involves exchanging configuration between Klovio and your provider, so it’s done with our team — contact support to start, and have your IT administrator available.
Who SSO covers
SSO is for managers signing in to the web dashboard. Floor employees continue to sign in on the mobile app with a company path, username and PIN — that’s designed for shared devices and quick shift logins.
After SSO is on
Managers sign in by choosing your company provider instead of typing a Klovio password. Offboarding gets simpler: disable the company account and Klovio access ends automatically.
Tip: keep one Klovio admin with a normal password as a break-glass account. If your identity provider ever has an outage, you’re not locked out.
